Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ( ThaiBev ) is a Thai company based in Bangkok.

The company was founded by Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi 1991. The company is 50 percent owned by the Danish brewery group Carlsberg. The beer brand Chang Beer is produced by ThaiBev. The company is the largest brewery group in Thailand. In addition to beer as the Mekong and Sang Som rum is produced. Distilleries of the company can be found not only in Southeast Asia, particularly in Thailand, but also in Scotland, France, Poland and Ireland.

Since 2004 ThaiBev is a sponsor of the British soccer club Everton Football Club. 2013 took over ThaiBev the beverage company Fraser and Neave from Singapore.
