The Assembly
The Assembly was a brief musical project of former Depeche Mode and Erasure today's musician Vince Clarke along with Eric Radcliffe, who had also previously appeared as sound engineer and co-producer of some Yazoo records in appearance.
Initially planned as a project with various singers, but there was only one single release ( Never Never, Mute Records, 1983) with the former Undertones singer Feargal Sharkey, who could make a comeback with a string of hits in the series. The single reached number 4 Never Never the charts in England.
Vince Clarke published thereafter (without Eric Radcliffe ) is still a single with the singer Paul Quinn ( One Day, Mute Records, 1985) before with Andy Bell founded the duo Erasure in 1985.
