The Land Before Time (TV series)
In The Land Before Time (English The Land Before Time ) is an American animated television series based on the eponymous film series. It was produced in 2007 and aired in the U.S. from 5 March 2007. The German premiere took place on 9 March 2008 to April 3, 2008 in KI.KA.
Action
The series tells of the adventures of a group of young dinosaurs to the " long neck" Littlefoot and is settled in prehistoric times. It follows on from the 13th film in the series. Littlefoot and his friends more adventures.

- Littlefoot is a young male long-necked ( Apatosaurus ), who has lost his mother and lives with his grandparents in the Great Valley. He is the leader of a group of young dinosaurs of different species.
- Cera is a young, heißspornige Three horn Lady ( Triceratops ) and good friend of Littlefoot and his clique. Through their hubris and Ungestümheit she brings herself and her friends often in trouble.

Production and publication
The series was produced in 2007 by Universal Animation Studios and Amblin Entertainment directed by Scott Heming and Dick Sebast. The scripts of Ford Riley, Jack Monaco, Judy Freudsberg and Tony Geiss based on an idea by Ford Riley. The music of the series composed Cory Lerios, the biasing title comes from Cory Lerios, Roc Gagliese, Steve D' Angelo and Terry Tompkins. For the cut, Jay Bixsen was responsible.
The first broadcast of the series was held at the Cartoon Network in the United States from March 4, 2007. This was followed by broadcasts in Canada, France, Japan, Russia, Italy and other countries. The German version was shown at KI.KA from the March 9, 2008 for the first time. The results published in English and German on DVD.
