The Paddingtons

The Paddingtons are a five -piece indie rock band, founded in Hull, England, 2002. They are known for their energetic concerts and for a loyal Fananhängerschaft. Particularly favored are organized by ex- Libertines and Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty, which is why they also played in the opening act of his current band. Furthermore, they played among other things, as the opening act for the Dirty Pretty Things.

Their debut album, First Comes First was produced by Owen Morris, who was also involved in the work on the debut album and the next album by Oasis.

Their second album No Mundane Options was published on 3 November 2008. The first single Stand Down was available as a download via iTunes already on August 4, 2008.
