The Used

The Used is an American post-hardcore band from Orem, Utah.

Characteristic of the music of the group fluctuating between singing and shouting voice of the singer Robert Edward McCracken is especially ( called Bert McCracken ). Band History

In 1997, Quinn Allman, Jepharee Howard and Branden Stone Eckert together a band; However, since they had no singer and her vocal attempts were not too successful, they organized a casting to find a singer. Quinn remembered after about 50 singers to Bert McCracken, whom he knew from high school, and as McCracken sang. The other three gave him a CD with recordings of their pieces, but without vocals. On their official website the band on 29 April 2010 had announced that all European tour dates and gigs were canceled in 2010 due to problems with management.

In the spring of 2012 appeared with Vulnerable a new album of the band, which was again produced by master producer John Feldmann.
