Then Jerico is a British rock band.

Achievements

In the late eighties, the band had two albums with some success: First ( The Sound Of Music) (1987 ) and The Big Area 1989.

The second album went gold and reached the fourth place in the UK album charts. Although the volume of parts of the British music press was designated as a teen band Then Jerico produced two successful albums, which critics attributed to creativity in songwriting, instrumentation, arrangement and production. Particularly well known are the two songs Big Area and Sugar Box (both on the album The Big Area). End of the nineties, then the date last studio album titled Orgasmaphobia which hardly attracted attention but appeared. Furthermore, there is the live album Alive & Exposed, a best-of CD entitled Electric, which is a summary of the first two albums, as well as the solo CD Etc. Almost by singer Mark Shaw.

The song Big Area was in the 1989 science fiction film rotated played Slipstream with Mark Hamill.
