Tony Huynh (* 1982 ) is a Canadian comedian and vlogger from Toronto, who published since 2005 under the name The Wine Kone (or CDW ) on the video portal YouTube his thoughts and views on various topics in his unique comedy style. In December 2007, Huynh was with more than 76,000 subscribers in twelfth place of the ranking of the most subscribed account on YouTube. In March 2007 he won with his video Hotness Prevails the first YouTube Video Award for Best Commentary category. His contribution to the CNN - YouTube Democratic Presidential Debate was the most watched by YouTube users contribution.

Huynhs first video on YouTube was The Delaware Boy in December 2005. Since he published at irregular intervals videos on YouTube, with enlarged gradually the followers of his rant on various topics. His video Hotness Prevails / Worst Video Ever now reached over three million views.

His humor is described as versatile and self-deprecating. Formation
