Thomas Alder

Thomas Alder ( born January 1, 1932 in Murnau, † May 6, 1968 in Munich; native Anton Straßmair ) was a German actor.

Life

Alder was first musician in the band Violetta. After a drama school in Munich, he played at the State Theatre Tübingen. In 1959 he got his first film role. The red circle he was known by the Edgar Wallace movie. In the 1960s, he was in love films often the type of blond Sonny Boys and the Mystery of the smart detective agent in white suit.

He played other roles in hit -, Western - adventure movie. In some of his film work, he stood together with Vivi Bach on camera. In the detective film The Curse of the Black Ruby, he played on the side of the Thai Stars Chitra Ratana. This colorful German adventure thriller shows original scenes of the annual river parade with the participation of the Thai royal family.

By Horst Frank is only narrated that Alder died by suicide, by a self -inflicted gas poisoning. He was buried in the cemetery Aising ( Stadt Rosenheim ).
