Thomas Frei (born 19 January 1985) is a Swiss cyclist.

Life

Thomas " Thömu » free was 2002 Swiss junior champion in the road race. As an amateur and elite driver he drove team until 2004 for Bürgis Cycling. In this team he won in the category U23 riders the Swiss mountain championship. In 2007 he moved to the pros and drove his first season on the side of Alexander Vinokourov and Andreas Klöden in the Kazakh ProTour team Astana. The second professional season played free on the Tour de France winner Alberto Contador page. From 2009 until his dismissal in April 2010 Open was the Swiss-American BMC Racing Team under contract. Since early 2013 he has been active in the real estate company Dominium AG as managing director.

Doping
