Thomas Hoßmang
Hoßmang Thomas ( born November 27, 1966) is a German former German football player and current coach, who was active among others in the football league for Dynamo Dresden.
Career
The Hoyerswerdaer Hoßmang began his career in 1984 in the GDR League activists at Schwarze Pumpe. For the Sports Association, he completed 132 duty games. In the BSG Energie Cottbus he was coach Fritz Bohla once in the 1985/86 season - as well as Detlef Irrgang and Jens Melzig - for regular players; The team rose to the three young forces in the league on ( a bet). Still in the first league season Hoßmang moved back to activist Schwarze Pumpe. In 1990, Hoßmang briefly to chemistry Döbern, acted in connection in Kuala Terengganu as well as Rot-Weiss Frankfurt. In the season 1994/95 he was for the first FC Dynamo Dresden in the Bundesliga in use before the people of Dresden, licenses were withdrawn 18 times and the team was transferred to the Regional. For the season 1996/97 he moved back to Energie Cottbus. He was as Libero for the team that penetrated the cup final as a league club and became only the second amateur team under coach Eduard Geyer. The team succeeded in this season promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga; in two seasons, he played 57 games for the second division Lusatian and scored four goals. For the 1999 season, he joined the regional league Dresdner SC, with whom he succeeded as runners-up in 2000 the leap into the new Regional. After the descent of the traditional club in 2003 Hoßmang ended his active career.
As a coach Hoßmang initially led youth teams of FC Energie in the Bundesliga. Later he was assistant coach of Petrik Sander at Bundesliga Team of the Lusatian. As Sander had to vacate his chair coach in September 2007, Hoßmang should assume the office interim, but asked for his exemption.
In January 2008 Hoßmang made his comeback as a defender at his hometown club FC Lausitz Hoyerswerda. Since 16 March 2009, he is the coach of the Oberliga Budissa Bautzen, before he coached the A- youth of the FC Lusatia in Neugersdorf. On April 21, 2011 Budissa Bautzen announced that the contract with Hoßmang is not extended.
On 29 April 2011, he signed a two year contract with the VFC Plauen and replaces the previous coach Ronald Dyer from.
20 May 2012, it was announced that the contract of Thomas Hoßmang is dissolved as of June 30, 2012 by mutual agreement. The reason are different views of both sides to plan the next season in the Regional neugestaffelten.
On June 11, 2012 Hoßmang was presented as an assistant coach of Petrik Sander with FC Carl Zeiss Jena. On August 24, 2013, was dismissed along with Sander with FC Carl Zeiss Jena.
