Three Views of Japan
The three most beautiful landscapes of Japan (Japanese日本 三 景, Nihon Sankei ) are coastal landscapes with gentle sea - land transitions that have shaped the Japanese painting and poetry.
These are:

Nihon Sankei
The term Nihon Sankei comes from the Confucian philosopher and universal scholar Hayashi Razan (林罗 山), who lived in the 17th century. The Japanese word Sankai means of pilgrimage and tourist destination.
