Tim Göhlert

Tim Göhlert ( born September 15, 1984 in Karl- Marx-Stadt, East Germany ) is a German football player.

Career

In youth Göhlert played in his homeland for the Chemnitz FC and VfB Fortuna Chemnitz. For VfB he played with 18 years in the big leagues northeast. At age 19 he went to Baden- Württemberg, where he joined the Oberliga SSV Ulm joined in 1846. The Ulm Sparrows but he made it in two years not to commit themselves to play in the root of the team.

This changed in 2005, joining the league neighbors 1.FC Heidenheim 1846., Where the central defender played immediately all 34 season games and scored 5 goals also. In the next few years he remained a reliable player in the league team. In the reform of 2008 the League club after qualifying for the new fourth-rate Regionalliga Süd and the following year Heidenheim even champion and rose to the third league. His debut in professional football was Göhlert on July 25, 2009, when he on the opening day of the 2009/10 season was the 2-2 draw against Borussia Wuppertal SV on the grid and the goal scored to make it 1-0. In his first year he made Drittliga seamlessly from his previous performances. The 2010/11 season began with a shock: On opening day, he left with a broken leg and did not return until the season final sprint back. The following year he was again the familiar support in defense. Heidenheim presented in the season with only 36 goals against the second best defense and reached number 4 the best outcome club in professional football.

Tim Göhlerts brother Daniel Göhlert played until 2013 at the 1 FC Union Berlin in the Bundesliga 2.
