Timothy Carlton
Timothy Carlton ( born October 4, 1939 in Reading, Berkshire, England as Timothy Carlton Cumberbatch ) is a British actor.
Life
Carlton began his career in 1966 with guest appearances in the television series The World of Wooster, Theatre 625 and Talking to a Stranger. From 1968 he was a busy television actor with roles in numerous series episode formats. Well-known in Germany formats included, among others, the pros and Bergerac. Supporting roles in the British soap opera Coronation Street and Heartbeat, he also starred in several feature films, including High Road to the end of the world and Greenfingers - Harte Jungs and tender shoots.
Carlton is married to actress Wanda Ventham, their son Benedict Cumberbatch is also an actor.
