Todd Stephenson

Todd Stephenson ( born June 9, 1988 in Sydney ) is an Australian ice hockey player who is again since 2008 at the Sydney Ice Dogs in the Australian Ice Hockey League contract. His brother Scott is also Australian National Hockey player.

Career

Todd Stephenson began his career as a hockey player in his hometown at the Sydney Ice Dogs, for which he from 2003 in the Australian Ice Hockey League was active initially, and with whom he won the 2004 Goodall Cup. 2008 he moved to Canada for several months, where he stood for Kamloops Storm in the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League on the ice. With the start of AIHL season 2008 he returned to his native town to the Ice Dogs, for which he has since been active again. In 2013 he succeeded to the Ice Dogs of the second success in the Goodall Cup.

Internationally

For Australia, Stephenson took part in the U18 World Championships in 2004, 2005 and 2006. After the Australians in 2004 descended into the Division III, succeeded in the following year the direct re- ascent, so that Stephenson and his team again in 2006 could compete in Division II. In addition, he was part of his colors at the U20 World Championships Division II in 2006 and 2007.

In the men's area, he was in his country's squad at the World Championships Division I 2009 and 2012 and the Division II 2007, 2010, 2011, when he succeeded with the Australians, the rise in the Division I, and 2013.
