Tõlliste Parish

Tõlliste (German Teilitz ) is a rural municipality in the Estonian Valga County with an area of ​​193.78 km ². It has 1800 inhabitants (1 January 2010).

In addition to the main town Laatre (282 inhabitants) includes the parish villages Sooru, white-throated, Tsirguliina, Iigaste, Jaanikese, Korijärve, Muhkva, Paju, ramp, Supa, Tinuküla, Tõlliste, Vilaski and Väljaküla.

The unspoilt nature with woods and lakes attracts many nature lovers. Especially the lake Kuritse ( 11.9 ha) is popular destination and offers a rich flora. In Iigaste a meteorite impact was recorded in 1855 (disputed ).
