Tomislav Piplica

Tomislav " Pipi " Piplica [ tɔmislaʋ piplitsa ] ( born April 5, 1969 in Bugojno, Yugoslavia ) is a former football goalkeeper of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Club career

He began his career with twelve years at NK Iskra Bugojno as a field player. Only a year later, he was goalkeeper. As a professional player, he only worked abroad. His clubs were NK Zagreb NK Istra Pula, HNK Segesta Sisak and NK Samobor (all in Croatia) and since 1998 Energie Cottbus.

In the 2001 /02 season he was mainly known in Germany through a header own goal, in which he a harmless ball ( the ball ) by Marcel Witeczek Borussia Moenchengladbach crashed on his head and went into the goal.
