Tommy Dreamer

Thomas Laughlin ( born February 14, 1971 in New York), better known by his ring name Tommy Dreamer, is an American professional wrestler.

In the former ECW, he was above all as " Innovator of Violence " (engl.: the modernizer of violence) and referred to in World Wrestling Entertainment as Mr. Hardcore.

Private

Since October 12, 2002 Thomas Laughlin is married to Beulah McGillicutty and has with her two children, the twins Kimberly and Brianna Laughlin. Laughlin's daughters were born in May 2004 and was in 2006 a child actor in five episodes of the television series The Sopranos, which ran from 1999 to 2007.

Career

Laughlin began his career in 1989 as Bobby Ocean in the native to New England Promotion International World Class Championship Wrestling ( IWCCW ). He quickly changed its name to TD Madison and formed with GQ Madison a tag team, which then was allowed to win the local tag team title three times later. He was also the first to be allowed to escape from the finisher Superfly Splash of Jimmy Snuka.

In 1992 he changed his name to Tommy Dreamer and was active in the short term for the English PhD Century Wrestling Alliance, where he was the CWA Heavyweight Championship win once.

Extreme Championship Wrestling

In 1992 Thomas Laughlin was hired in the promotion NWA Eastern Championship Wrestling, which two years later was renamed Extreme Championship Wrestling.
