Toni Atkins

Toni G. Atkins ( born August 1, 1962 at Wythe County, Virginia) is an American politician of the Democratic Party.

Life

After her schooling in Virginia Atkins studied political science at private Emory and Henry College in Virginia. She then moved to Harvard University. After studying end Atkins moved in 1985 to San Diego, California. From December 2000 to December 2008 she was a member of the City Council of San Diego. Between July and December 2005, she practiced as a successor to Michael Zucchet provisionally from the Office of the Mayor of San Diego. Since December 2010 she is the successor of Lori Saldaña deputies of the California State Assembly.

Atkins lives openly homosexual in the district of South Park of San Diego.
