Topalu

Topalu is a municipality in the district of Constanta in the Dobrudja ( Dobrogea ) region in Romania.

The community consists of two parts:

• Topalu ( former Turkish name: Topal )
• Capidava (former name: Calichioi, Turkish Kaleköy )
