Toril Førland

Toril Førland ( born April 24, 1954 in Oslo ) is a Norwegian former alpine skier. It was the early 1970s, one of the best slalom skiers in the world.

Her first World Cup points she took at age 15 in March 1970. Nearly two years later, she won first at the European Junior Championships in Madonna di Campiglio gold in the giant slalom and silver in the slalom. After all, they won the bronze medal at the Olympic Winter Games in 1972 in Sapporo in the scoring only for the World Cup combination.

In the following two years, she placed a total of six times in World Cup race in the top ten. Her best result it reached in January 1973 with Rank 4 in the slalom in Chamonix.

At the World Cup in 1974, it reached two eighth places in the slalom and downhill. In the combined score showed the rank 5
