Trijang Lobsang Yeshe Tenzin Gyatso

The third Rinpoche Lobsang Yeshe Tenzin Thrijang Gyatsho ( Tib. rin po che khri byang blo bzang ye shes bstan 'dzin rgya mtsho, * 1901, † 1981) was an important Gelug Lama of Tibetan Buddhism. He was a student of Phabongkha Dechen Nyingpo ( Tib. pha bong kha bde chen po snying; 1878-1941 ) and more than forty years of philosophical counselors and junior tutor (Tib. yongs ' dzin ) the fourteenth Dalai Lama Tenzin Gyatsho 1951.

A well-known text Thrijang Rinpoche is his introduction to Liberation in our hands of Phabongkha Rinpoche.

Thrijang Rinpoche also wrote the text for Gyallu, the Tibetan national anthem, which is used by the Tibetan government in exile.
