The approximate pyramidal triangle leg (Latin triquetrum or carpal ulnar ) is one of the eight carpal bones and belongs to the proximal ( proximal ) number of these short bones.

His tip (apex ossis triquetri ) is directed to the middle ( medial) and the base is on the side ( lateral). This forms an articulation with the lunate ( lunate ). Form ( proximal) is the triangle leg with the hinge plate ( articular ) and distally ( distal) with the hamate ( hamate ) in conjunction. There is a small articular surface for the pisiform ( pisiform ) on the palm of the hand ( palmar).
