Trutnov District

Okres Trutnov ( German district Trautenau ) is kraj 1,147 km ², the largest district of Hradec Králové. The area is located in northern Bohemia. Council is based in the eponymous city Trutnov ( Trautenau ).

Landscape and Nature

Approximately half of the area is forested, the area of ​​arable land occupies a share of 44 %. Due to the high density of industry, the environment is heavily loaded.
