Tsipouro

Raki (Greek Τσίπουρο ) is a traditional Greek pomace brandy made from the region of Macedonia. Raki is ( sometimes three times) distilled from the pomace of different white grape varieties such as Roditi, Athiri and Assyrtiko twice.
