The Tungabhadra ( Kannada: ತುಂಗಭದ್ರ ನದಿ Tungabhadra nadi, Telugu: తుంగభద్ర Tungabhadra ) is a river in South India.

It is the main tributary of the Krishna and arises from the confluence of the rivers Tunga and Bhadra. The headwaters of the Tungabhadra rise in the eastern Western Ghats, in the Indian state of Karnataka. The mouth of the Krishna is located in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.
