The Río Tupiza is a river in the Cordillera de Lípez in the southeastern Andes mountains of Bolivia.

The Río Tupiza has a total length of 45 kilometers. It is formed at a height of 3327 m at the confluence of Río chilco and Río Tatasí / Rio Tres Palcas in the municipality of Tupiza in the province Sur chichas in the department of Potosí. The river flows on the first 20 kilometers to the west, then turns south, crosses the city Tupiza and ends at an elevation of 2874 m in the Río San Juan del Oro, a tributary of the Río Pilcomayo.
