Ãœberseequartier (Hamburg U-Bahn station)

Metro Station Überseequartier is a stop of the Hamburg U -Bahn line U4 in the HafenCity district. The abbreviation of the station operating company Hamburg elevated railway is " UR ", is named after the Überseequartier.

History

To HafenCity by a new-build metro line was on 23 August 2007, the first sod by the First Mayor Ole von Beust. The first work on the Overseas Quarter Metro Station had, however, started in open cut at the beginning of 2007.
