Uğurludağ is a town and a district of the Turkish province of Çorum. The city is located about 45 kilometers west of the provincial capital of Çorum.

The district is located in the center of the province. It is bordered on the east by the central district, in the south and west by Sungurlu and to the north by Bayat and İskilip. The city is situated on the western slopes of the mountain ridge Köse Dagi on a tributary of about ten kilometers north -flowing Kızılırmak.
