Urad Middle Banner

The Middle urad Banner (Chinese乌特拉 中 旗/乌拉特 中 旗, Pinyin Wulate Zhong Qi ) is a banner of the prefecture-level city Bayan Nur in the west of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in northern China, has an area of ​​22,606 km ² and counts 140,000 inhabitants (2004), with its main town is the large village Hailiut (海流 图 镇).
