ÄurÄ‘ica Bjedov
Đurđica Bjedov ( born April 5, 1947 in Split) is a former Yugoslav swimmer with Croatian descent.
In the Summer Olympics 1968 in Mexico City, she was Olympic champion over 100 m breaststroke and won the silver medal in the 200 m breaststroke. It is the only Yugoslav swimmer to ever was Olympic champion in swimming.
In 1987 she was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the international swimming sport.
