Ursula Konzett

Ursula Konzett ( born November 16, 1959 in Grabs ) is a former alpine skier Liechtenstein. She was the late 1970s and early 1980s, one of the best slalom and giant slalom skiers in the world.

Konzett took the first time in March 1977 participated in a World Cup race. Your greatest achievements came between 1982 and 1984, when she took the only two World Cup victories of her career, and both at the Alpine World Skiing Championships ( in the giant slalom ), as well as at the Olympic Winter Games ( in slalom ) each won a bronze medal. After the World Cup 1985 Konzett ended her career.

1977 and 1982 she was elected to Liechtenstein each Athlete of the Year. In 2008, she starred opposite Paul Frommelt one of the two recipients of the golden laurel leaf, the highest sporting award of Liechtenstein.
