Urumaco

Urumaco is a village in the Venezuelan state of Falcón, 75 km west of Coro. In 2010 it was estimated by the Universidad de los Andes about 5107 inhabitants.
Urumaco is the administrative seat of the district of the same name. The village is connected by the National Road 3 Dabajuro and Maracaibo in the west and in the east with Coro.
Attractions
Urumaco has a museum of paleontology. In the vicinity there are Native American petroglyphs and a significant fossil sites place from the Miocene.
