The Usman (Russian Усмань, also Усманка ( Usmanka ) ) is a left tributary of the Voronezh oblasts in the Russian Lipetsk and Voronezh.

The Usman originates on the Oka -Don plain to the south of Lipetsk Oblast, about halfway between the cities of Grjasi and Usman. It flows in direction southsouthwest in the Voronezh Oblast. He runs through the city of the same name Usman. In the lower reaches of the river performs an arc to the west and finally north. The Usman absorbs the Chava ( Хава ) from the left at the southernmost point of its river course. Shortly thereafter, the flow passing the town of Novaya Usman and flows east past the town of Voronezh. Near the urban-type settlement of Ramon Usman finally meets after 151 km on the left side of the river Voronezh. The Usman drains an area of ​​2840 km ². It is mainly fed by snowmelt.
