The Ussel is a flow of about 30 kilometers through southern Franconian, which flows south of Rennertshofen at Step Perger castle from the left into the Danube.

Course

The source of Ussel, which is a second-order streams, is situated on the state road in 2214, on the western edge of the forest Sändle about two and a half kilometers west-north- west of the center of Monheim in the district of Donau -Ries in Bavaria Swabia. From here on, it first flows in an arc to the west by the district Flotzheim around and then in progressively deeper, partly wooded valley on the slopes quite resistant to the southeast.
