Vanil Carré

The Vanil Carré ( 2'197 m above sea level. M. ) is one of the highest peaks of the Fribourg Pre-Alps in Switzerland. The rocky knoll rises north of La Vausseresse ( 1'643 m above sea level. M. ), the headwaters of the Rivière des Tenasses. He belongs to the Vanil Noir ridge, over which runs the border between the cantons of Fribourg and Vaud. On the Vanil Carré, the municipal boundaries of Château d'Oex Grand Villard and skin -Intyamon meet.
