Vanilla Air
Vanilla Air (Japaneseバニラ·エア 株式会社, Banira Ea Kabushiki - gaisha ) is a Japanese low-cost airline based in Tokyo and has its base on the Tokyo Narita Airport. It is a subsidiary of All Nippon Airways.
History
Vanilla Air was created on 1 November 2013, the renaming of the AirAsia Japan after Air Asia withdrew from the joint venture with All Nippon Airways and the latter took over all shares. The regular flight operations started on 20 December 2013.
Destinations
Vanilla Air operates from its base on the Tokyo Narita Airport to various destinations within Japan, Taiwan and Korea in addition also will be served.
Japan:
- Tokyo - Narita International Airport
- Okinawa - Naha Airport
- Sapporo - New Chitose Airport
Taiwan:
- Taipei - Taiwan Taoyuan Airport
Vanilla Air plans to start from the following cities:
South Korea:
- Seoul - Incheon International Airport (starts on 1 March 2014)
