Vasco Giuseppe Bertelli

Vasco Giuseppe Bertelli ( born January 23, 1924 in Pontedera, Italy, † November 2, 2013 in Florence) was Roman Catholic Bishop of Volterra.

Life

Vasco Giuseppe Bertelli received on 5 April 1947, the ordination.

Pope John Paul II appointed him on 25 May 1985 for the Bishop of Volterra. The Archbishop of Pisa Benvenuto Matteucci ordained him on June 29th of the same year the bishop; Co-consecrators were Ettore Cunial, Vice - Chamberlain of the Apostolic Chamber, and Giuliano Agresti, Archbishop of Lucca.

On March 18, 2000 Pope John Paul II accepted his resignation age-related.
