The diocese of Volterra (Latin: Dioecesis Volaterranus, Italian: Diocese of Volterra) is located in Italy Roman Catholic diocese based in Volterra.

History

The diocese of Volterra was built in the 5th century and the Holy See under the direct. On 1 August 1856 the diocese of Volterra by Pope Pius IX. primum the Archdiocese of Pisa assumed with the Apostolic Constitution Ubi suffragan.
