The Diocese of Massa Carrara - Pontremoli (lat.: Dioecesis Massensis - Apuana ) is a diocese located in Italy, the Roman Catholic church located in Massa.

The Diocese of Massa Carrara was founded on February 18, 1822 by Pope Pius VII, with the Apostolic Constitution Romanorum Pontificum Singularis from areas of the diocese of Luni, Sarzana and Brugnato and subordinated to the Metropolitan Archbishop of Pisa, suffragan.

On 23 February 1988, Pope John Paul II united the diocese of Massa -Carrara with the Diocese of Pontremoli.
