Veni Markovski

Less Milanow Markowski (also Milanov Veni Markowski written, Bulgarian Вени Миланов Марковски; born April 3, 1968 in Skopje, Yugoslavia) is a Bulgarian writer and journalist, founder and chairman of the Internet Society in Bulgaria.

Less Markowski was born in the socialist Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. He was expelled with his family on June 3, 1968 from Yugoslavia, as his father, the writer Mile Markowski did not want to bow to pressure the Yugoslav communists, instead to be called Macedonians as Bulgarian. A few years later Mile Markowski died on April 12, 1975 to one to still unexplained car accident.

Upon arrival in the Bulgarian capital Sofia, made in 1987 Weni Markowski his secondary education at the 114 English-language high school in Sofia and in 1993 his law studies degree at the University of Sofia " Kliment Ohridski ". Between 1990 and 1993 he worked as a system administrator. In 1993 he founded together with Dimitar Ganchev, and was its chairman until 2002, the second ISP in Bulgaria BOL.bg, which is part of PowerNet today.
