Veronika Kohlbach

Veronika ( " Ronny " ) Kohlbach (born 3 January 1906, † 1996 in Vienna) was successful in the 1930s, Austrian athlete. She was involved in four world records in the relay race and scored 25 Austrian records, of which 11 in Olympic disciplines. She started in the 100 - meter dash, the 200 meter dash, in the 80 - meter hurdles, long jump, discus throwing, in cross country and in the relay race and was in the years 1931-1938 a total of 29 times Austrian Champion.

At the European Championships 1938, she finished fifth in the long jump ( 5.41 m), but started after the Anschluss as German nationals (see History of Austria).

Ronny Kohlbach belonged to sports clubs WAC and WAF.
