Vetlesen Prize
The Vetlesen Prize ( Vetlesen Prize ) is a prize for Geophysics and Geology of the Lamont - Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University. It is named after the Norwegian entrepreneur and philanthropist George Unger Vetlesen (1889-1959), whose foundation financed the price.
