Vijay Bahuguna

Vijay Bahuguna (Hindi: विजय बहुगुणा Vijay Bahuguna [ ʋɪdʒʌj bʌhʊɡʊɳɑ ]; born February 28, 1947 in Allahabad ) is an Indian politician of the Congress Party in the state of Uttarakhand. He was from March 2012 to January 2014 Chief Minister ( Head of Government ) Uttarakhands.
