The Villa Louvigny is a building in the city park of the city of Luxembourg, situated on the Allée Marconi, it was erected in 1871 on the foundations of the blockhouse of Fort Louvigny and served among other things as a garden restaurant and a banquet hall. It was named after the builder of the fort, the military engineer Jean Charles Christophe Louvigny.

1932 rented the Compagnie Luxembourgeoise de Radio Broadcasting (now RTL Group), the villa before they bought it in 1936. It served as the headquarters and broadcasting center for the multilingual radio programs of Radio Luxembourg.

In the 1950s, the building was expanded to include a concert and broadcasting hall and a distinctive eight-story tower.

1962 and 1966 the Grand Prix Euro Vision Song Contest was held at the Villa Louvigny. From 1984, until moving to Cologne in 1988 sent the TV channel RTL plus from the Villa Louvigny.

1991 attracted administration and studios of the station into a new broadcasting house on the Kirchberg order, followed in 1996 and the technical departments. Until the completion of the new Luxembourg Philharmonic in 2005, the Broadcasting Hall served as a concert hall, the Luxembourg Philharmonic Orchestra (formerly RTL Orchestra), today the building houses the Ministry of Health of the Grand Duchy.
