Violet Olney

Violet Olney ( May 22nd, 1911 † January 1999 Addlestone ) is a former British athlete and Olympian.

In the XI. 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, she won the team silver medal in the 4 x 100 - meter relay along with teammates Eileen Hiscock, Audrey Brown and Barbara Burke behind the team from the USA (Gold ) and before the team from Canada ( Bronze).

At a height of 1.62 m her competition weight was 56 kg.
