Violeta Ivanova ( Bulgarian Виолета Иванова ) is a Bulgarian astronomer and Asteroidenentdeckerin.

Ivanova is a staff member at the Institute of Astronomy of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and used for their observations, the Bulgarian National Astronomical Observatory - florets. There they discovered between 1984 and 1988 fourteen asteroids, most of them along with Eric Walter Elst.

The asteroid ( 4365 ) Ivanova has been named after her.
