Vision Vancouver

Vision Vancouver is a local political party in the Canadian city of Vancouver. It stands in the center of the political spectrum, and was taken in 2005, when then- Mayor Larry Campbell and three City Council members from the center-left Coalition of Progressive Electors party ( COPE ) emerge. This was due to disagreements with further to the left COPE city councilors under the control and urban planning policies. In the municipal elections in 2005 Vision Vancouver won three seats. Three years later, it achieved an absolute majority and, with Gregor Robertson also the incumbent mayor.
