Vladimir Nikolayevich Gusev (Russian: Владимир Николаевич Гусев; born July 4, 1982 in Gorky ) is a Russian professional road bicycle racer.

Career

As U23 riders Vladimir Gusev won the 2003 one lap of the Giro delle Regioni, the GP Tell with four stages, as well as the Russian time trial championship of the elite class. In 2004, he turned professional with the Danish team CSC. His first professional success he enjoyed at the 2005 Mediterranean tour with a stage victory. In 2004 and 2005 he was at the Chrono des Herbiers Second or third parties. The Russian league title in the time trial, he could win in 2005 for the second time.
