Vladimir Temelkov

Vladimir Temelkov ( Macedonian: Владимир Темелков; born March 26, 1980 in Veles, SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Macedonian handball player.

The 1,90 m tall and 90 kg Left-handed is mostly used on outside right.

Vladimir Temelkov began his professional career in 1998 at the Macedonian club RK Pelister Bitola, with whom he was in 1999 Cup winner and 2000 champion. With Bitola he reached the round of the EHF Champions League 1998/99, the round of sixteen in the UEFA Cup Winners 1999/2000 and the second round of the EHF Cup in 2002/ 03. In the EHF Challenge Cup 2001/ 02 he was defeated by Danish Skjern Handball 27:20 despite a home victory.

In 2003, the winger in the German handball Bundesliga VfL Pfullingen. After two years he joined the second division 08 TV Willstaett -Ortenau. Following the insolvency of HR Ortenau, had gone up in the Willstaett since 2008, the Bundesliga club HBW Balingen- Weilstetten signed him for the season 2009/10. After two seasons, he moved to the Luxembourg League for HBC Bascharage, which operates under the name Handball Käerjeng. With the HBC he reached the final of the Luxembourg's Cup in 2012 and was runner-up in 2013.

The Macedonian national Temelkov participated in the 2009 World Championships ( 11th place ), the 2012 European Championship (5th place ) and the World Cup 2013 ( 14th place ) part. At the European Championships in 2014, he stood in the extended squad, but was not appointed to the final squad. Previously, he played 65 international matches in which he scored 215 goals.
