Wakefield F.C.

The FC Wakefield ( officially: Wakefield Football Club ), also known as The Bears ( Bears ), is a football club based in Wakefield in the northern English county of West Yorkshire. The club, which plays its home games at the 4,000 -seat College Grove, plays since 1989 in the eight-year Northern Premier League Division One North.

History

The club was in 1903 as Emley A.F.C. founded in the same place Emley and launched its gaming operations in the Huddersfield District League. In the course of its existence, he rose above the West Riding League to the Northern Premier League.
